DjGoHam Gaming had the exciting opportunity to explore the American map, Riverbend Springs, in Farming Simulator 25. It’s important to note that this version is still in development, so plenty of updates and improvements are expected before the official launch.
As DJ navigated through the map, he crossed one of the many bridges and arrived in a quaint little town. With its winding roads, he humorously remarked that you probably won’t witness many drag races happening there.
Driving on the off read DJ reached a tower. And you can climb up to it and see most of the map from the sky high view.
Next DJ drove a bit in a field and located one of the main key signature buildings of the map – water tower. It’s perfect to make a screenshot as well.
Another bridge, that looks very American and next to it there is one of new production chain buildings, sadly it’s still hard to say what it could be. If you guys have a clue what it could be leave a comment below.
The most footage is available in the video is the animal dealer. We can see pigs, cattle’s, horses, sheep’s. The whole building set up is quite huge.
The next DJ makes his way to another farm structure designed for cows. Much of this has been covered in earlier articles. In the scene, we can spot the buildings, cows, and the latest addition to the franchise: adorable baby animals.
DJ arrives at yet another stunning sunset flower farm. We’ve seen this beautiful location before, showcased in an epic screenshot of the entire area, but this time we get a fresh perspective from behind, revealing all the offerings of the farm. It’s another exciting first!
We come across a bridge leading to an old ship that’s transporting grain. This scene is also featured in the initial video trailer that was released earlier.
1. As we navigate the water area, we come across several ships and a barge. DJ made his way across it, moving from one side to the other. It’s important to note that this process takes a little time. Additionally, you can’t drive while on the ship; you can only start moving once it has docked.
Dj explored a paper mill. While we’ve seen this before, we can now delve deeper into the details of the production process. There are instructions on how to make paper, and we can observe the water wheel and other features. However, it’s important to note that this is still a work in progress, and many improvements are likely to be made in the future.
We arrive at a rice plantation setup. While we’ve seen similar scenes before, DJ wanted to showcase something different here. Notice how the tractor tires are dry, and then suddenly, DJ splashes into the water, creating waves and splattering water onto the tires. It adds a lovely touch to the game.
DJ mentioned that there will be multiple towns on the map. We started in the new town, and now we’ve made our way to the old town, which features a football stadium. It definitely appears to be a work in progress, and for now, there’s not much we can do with it in this stage of game development. However, we’ll have to wait and see if it becomes playable or if it remains just a neat decoration for the town.
We also come across a playground featuring a rope setup. Additionally, we can create ropes within the game. It’s still uncertain how this will be implemented in the final version of the map and how players will interact with it. There’s also a toy shop filled with toys and equipment for building.
That wraps it up for now! We’ve gathered a lot of new insights about the map, with several new features explained that we didn’t know about before. We’re excited to discover even more in the near future!
