More Ground Paint Textures v 1.0

Easy add up to 38 paint textures on all 3 base maps, no need for complicated editing.

– EU map – 9 additional textures
– AS map – 38 additional textures
– US map – 35 additional textures

Giants has already added the textures to the CombinedLayers Manager but dit not include them in the map xml.
Added the lines of code to each map’s xml, nothing else has been changed.
